šŸ‚ Why ā€œFirst Frostā€?
I
nspired by early autumn—a time of reflection, slowing down, and renewal. Each class honours natural cycles of effort and rest, always closing with a deep, nourishing śavāsana.

šŸ’› Come As You Are
All levels welcome. Come solo or bring a friend—there’s always space for you on the mat.
